Q1. Can I purchase BNUM now? A. No. This is not an investment solicitation.

Q2. Who obtains licenses/authorizations? A. Licensed entities handle settlement & stablecoin issuance. Foundation = infra only.

Q3. What is the social-market app? A. Separate company-run social + commerce app. May run in parallel like two engines. Out of scope here.

Q4. Who processes personal data/KYC? A. Licensed operators, under local regulation. Foundation does not handle.

Q5. Are performance targets (1s block time, 100k+ TPS) guaranteed? A. No. They are design goals, subject to audits/testing.

Q6. When will developer docs be available? A. Progressively after audits.
